Results of the 2010 SUMMER SHOW coming soon.

The show is an opportunity to see what other people have been growing, and to try and win a few prizes. The display will be open to the public from 2pm to 3pm; prize giving is at 2:45pm. Exhibitors may stage their entries between 10am and 12 noon, we will have paper plate and vases for you in the hall, but you may use your own if you wish. You must leave the hall by 12 noon so that judging can start in good time. 

There are no entry charges but we will award some small prizes, and the following trophies will be awarded: the Frank Failes Cup will go to the person winning most points (3 for 1^st prize, 2 for 2^nd prize, and 1 for 3^rd prize) in all classes, the Jarvis Cup will be awarded for the most points in the following classes.  The Rose Bowl is for Best in Show.  The George Davidson Shield will be awarded at the Secretary’s discretion: the Armstrong Cup will go to the best exhibit in class 1 and the Cicely Haines Cup is for the most enthusiastic newcomer on an allotment.  No-one will be awarded more than one cup.

 The Bluebell Display is not a serious event, and everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go.
